The trust layer for African real estate is being built.
Verity is the property verification and transaction infrastructure for African real estate — building now, with founding partners.
Buying property in Lagos,
at home or abroad?
Forged documents. The same plot sold to two buyers. Lawyers who can't access the registry. We're building independent property verification you can trust before you wire money. Join the waitlist — first cohort gets priority access.
Join the buyer waitlist→Active portfolio,
buyers who hesitate?
Our Founding 50 program is admitting Lagos developers now. Verified portfolio inventory, Founding Partner badge on every certificate, priority access to the Bank API and Marketplace when they launch. Limited cohort.

We stand for a future where every property claim can be verified before money changes hands.
Why we're doing this
We've seen what fraud does to Nigerian families — buyers who saved for years, defrauded in days. The tools to fix this exist; the will to build them properly hasn't. Verity is the work we wished someone else would do. We stopped waiting.
The market we're building toward
A market where every transaction is verifiable, where reputation compounds instead of leaking, where fraud doesn't pay because the structure makes it impossible. That market doesn't exist in Nigeria today. We're building the layer that lets it.
How we work
No shortcuts. We're meeting the Land Registry in person. Talking to lawyers, not around them. Onboarding developers one signed agreement at a time. The route to a trustworthy property market in Nigeria is uncharted — and we're walking it deliberately.
Be first in line when we open
verification to the public.
We'll email you when the verification platform opens, and we'll prioritise the first cohort of buyers from this waitlist for early access at launch pricing.
Apply to be a Founding 50 Partner.
Limited to the first 50 admitted developers. Reviewed by the founding team — we read every application and respond within five business days. The CEO does the onboarding call himself.
